Payment:
Payment is expected at time of service. If you have
a dental plan, you will be expected to make an estimated
payment for that portion not covered by your
plan. For that portion of costs not covered by a plan,
we offer several payment options:
- Cash or Personal Check - 5% courtesy for payment in full at time of service.
- Credit Card - We accept MasterCard and Visa.
- We've made arrangements with a credit company, Care Credit, that will finance your dental work with approved credit. Contact our office for more information or apply online here.
Dental Plans:
We accept all dental plans. Dental plans are intended to cover some, but not all of the cost
of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible,
and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the
time the service is rendered. It is your responsibility to verify insurance
coverage and assume responsibility for payment of all procedures you
elect to have done.
